Michael Volchok is the founder of DefCon Blue. Michael received a masters degree from the University of Chicago in International Relations concentrating on military affairs. Michael has been an avid follower of international politics and become frustrated with the level and quality of discourse on military affairs. Michael hopes DefCon Blue will help improve the discourse and provide a new approach to defense policy.
